• Duration:

  • 1-hour photoshoot, plus 15–30 minutes for preparation and setup

  • Travel within Vancouver included at no additional charge

  • Locations outside Vancouver may be subject to a small travel fee

  • Consultation to create a tailored shot list, with portable lighting included if needed

  • Session may include:

    • Company action photos (team at work, candid moments, office culture)

    • Professional individual headshots

    • Group photos (leadership, departments, or full team)

    • Coverage of both indoor and outdoor company spaces

• Deliverables:

  • 50+ high-resolution, professionally edited photos (color correction & exposure adjustments)

  • 2 fully retouched images of your choice (ideal for website banners, LinkedIn, or marketing materials)

  • All photos delivered in an organized private online gallery, downloadable in both full resolution and optimized sizes for websites and social media

• Optional Video Add-On

  • Video clips captured during the session using a smartphone

  • Delivered as individual clips or edited into short promotional videos, reels, or a company introduction video

  • Ideal for social media, websites, and marketing content
